Service Description
If you are a new handgun owner who wants to be able to handle your gun safely, this is the class for you. Pistol Training 101 is a 4-hour objective-based instruction designed to introduce you to your new handgun (semi-auto pistol or revolver.) We will cover the function of your handgun, the required ammunition, and safe gun storage. You will learn the four cardinal rules of gun safety, how to operate your firearm and apply the 7 Fundamentals of Marksmanship through dry-firing. You will also learn to disassemble and perform handgun cleaning and maintenance. Prerequisite: None What to bring: 1) A quality handgun (380 ACP, 9mm, 38 Special, etc.) 2) Two spare magazines or speed loaders 3) Pen and paper 4) Bring ammunition if you want to shoot after class on your own What we provide; 1) Gun Safety Rules Card 2) Basics of Pistol Shooting Handbook 3) Access to a shooting range on the day of, free of charge (base upon range availability.)
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Otherwise, a $50 late cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. You can also reschedule your appointment to the next available class to avoid the late cancellation fee.
